I began drafting Captivate Me in April 2023 and finished the first draft in June. After a round of self-edits, I sent the book to my first round of betas in July.
Captivate Me is very spicy. There are explicit sexual situations throughout, some of which include particular kinks like bondage and orgasm as punishment.
Captivate Me is multi-POV. There are four POV characters: Cassie, Noelle, Beau, and Theo. The couples are Cassie and Theo, and Noelle and Beau.
I watched the first season of Freeform’s Cruel Summer and wanted to write a book that was just as twisty, but taboo and spicy.
